Robatech® Compatible Ø8mm Heated Hose

Robatech® compatible heated hoses are 100% compatible with Robatech® hot-melt systems and offer a perfect combination with adhesive guns. As a default all Robatech® compatible heated hoses come with standard fixation, so that they just need to be plugged and ready for the work if any customization are not applied to hoses in your production.

Working temperature of Robatech® compatible heated hoses can resist up to 200 °C thanks to inner layer PTFE(teflon) cover. Above this layer we have NTC heat sensors which is a standart in Robatech hoses usage. You should choose which type of hoses you need, according to adhesive viscosity and flow rate. We can manufacture up to 12 meter. If you need special hose design like water-resistant hoses, high-temperature resistant hoses or high-pressure resistant hoses, you can contact us.
