At the moment, we have Nordson, Robatech, Meler, Melton, Graco, SCA compatible heated hoses are regularly manufactured. But if you can send us all necessary information about the any type of heated hose we can manufacture it.
Can you use same colors with vendors for the outer sheet?
At the moment, we have only black color for all types of heated hoses we manufacture. But if the quantities are larger than expected this can be an option. You should contact us for any further details.
Does your hoses 100% compatible with the indicated vendors.
Yes, our hoses are 100% compatible with the vendors we show in our web site. For example if you purchase a Nordson Hose it will be packed with compatible socket, power connection and fittings. How you will send commercial invoice and packing list.
Generally after your products are ready, we send you by email commercial invoice and packing list. And we give originals to the truck driver when he comes to pick up products. If you need another variant you can contact us.
My package was broken what should i do?
When you receive your products, if there is some damage on packing then you shouldn’t accept it and take a photo of the product. Send us thee pictures please.
