History of IDHOSE
idHose started its operations in 2005 as a branch of the Italian Idealtech S.R.L, which has specialized in hot glue application technologies since 2000. At first, idealtech only used heated hoses in their own melters. in 2015 due to the increase in sectoral demand, application diversity and needs of increasing production capacity, idealtech decided manufacture heated hoses for other melter users also and became an exporter of economical, high-quality heated hoses with the “adhesive hose” brand. As of 2022, it was decided to transform the “adhesive hose” brand into “idhose” brand continues its sales activities primarily in Europe, the Middle East, Africa, South America, North America and CIS countries.

The heated hoses used in the systems of many companies are produced in our facilities with 100% compatibility.
According to our idHose production standards, hoses with hose outlet diameters of DN6, DN8, DN13, DN16 and DN20 mm can be produced with any of the PT100, Ni120, Fe-CuNi sensors between 0.6m and 9m in length.

Hose production can be carried out in different configurations. Instead of standard heated hoses you can demand High Temperature and High Pressure resistant hoses. After the different connection types and different sensor demands of different brands are evaluated by our technical team, heated hoses are made ready for shipment with the plug & work logic.
